The country does not present any particular security risk. Most of the trip takes place in very sparsely populated areas.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Customer must pay an amount equal to 30% of the total price of the trip upon signing the contract
The balance must be paid at least 90 days before the departure date. If the payment is not received on time, the space (s) will be released.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The total cancellation by the Customer entails the payment of the following costs :
Between confirmation and 120 days prior to departure, 10% of the total cost will be charged
Between 119 & 91 days, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
Between 90 days and a ‘no show’, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
HEALTH
A yellow fever certificate is required for entry into the Republic of the Congo
Polio, Measles and Covid 19 vaccines are mandatory for the gorilla tracking in Nouabale-Ndoki NP.
For malaria medication, please consult with your doctor for advice
Bring insect repellent (repellent containing DEET is recommended in the Congo Basin)
First aid on board. Emergency repatriation available to a hospital in Brazzaville during the trip
